Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners like CJdropshipping. Depending on the product, your order may ship from China or overseas warehouses.
How long does delivery take?
- Singapore orders: 7–18 business days from China warehouse; 3–10 business days if stocked in local/overseas warehouses.
- International orders: 10–30 business days.
- Digital products (printables, activity sheets): Instant download via email after payment.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product and delivery destination. Some products may qualify for free shipping — this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos or videos. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days (Singapore) or 45 business days (international), we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
