Return & Refund Policy – The Little Lights
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For orders fulfilled via our dropshipping partners, this policy aligns with their return and refund terms.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at admin@thelittlelights.com.sg with:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Proof of purchase
Please Note:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For dropshipping orders, returns may be sent directly to our supplier’s warehouse. We will provide you with the correct return address upon approval.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item

Your order has missing components
We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Digital/downloadable products

Custom or personalized items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Orders Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe:

Singapore orders: 30 days from shipping date

International orders: 45 days from shipping date
Contact us, and we will verify with our shipping partners. If confirmed undelivered, we will issue a full refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements listed above.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
