Welcome to The Little Lights! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Little Lights.
The Little Lights operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

The Little Lights is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

We sell both physical products (e.g., maternity wear, toys, educational tools) and digital products (e.g., downloadable activity sheets).

While we make every effort to accurately display products, colours and details may vary due to screen differences or supplier variations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment is successfully processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are displayed according to the country you are staying in and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We work with third-party shipping providers and dropshipping partners such as CJdropshipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. For digital products, delivery is considered complete when the download link is sent to your provided email address.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Physical products fulfilled by our dropshipping partners may need to be returned directly to their warehouse; we will provide instructions upon approval.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our site (including text, images, designs, and logos) is owned by The Little Lights or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without written permission.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to tools and links operated by third parties. These are provided “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

While our store is hosted on Shopify, your purchases are made directly with The Little Lights. Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or transactions.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Some of your data will be shared with Shopify and third-party service providers to process orders.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, and to cancel or update orders containing such errors, even after submission.
