1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Some products may require additional processing time if customisation or packaging changes are requested.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We work with CJdropshipping and other trusted logistics partners to deliver your orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the warehouse the product is shipped from.
Estimated Delivery Times (CJdropshipping):
For Singapore orders:

From China warehouse: 7–18 business days

From overseas warehouses (where available): 3–10 business days
For International orders:

From China warehouse: 10–30 business days

From overseas warehouses (where available): 3–12 business days

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Some packages may show limited tracking once they enter your country, depending on local postal service scanning.
4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product weight, size, warehouse location, and delivery destination.

Selected products may qualify for free shipping — this will be stated on the product page.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery window below, please contact us at admin@thelittlelights.com.sg:

Singapore orders: 30 business days from shipping date

International orders: 45 business days from shipping date
We will investigate with CJdropshipping and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page or confirmed via email after purchase.
8. Digital Products
For downloadable items:

A download link will be emailed to you immediately after payment confirmation.
